By default, a standard Turnitin Feedback Studio (TFS) class is designed to support only one primary instructor per class when accessed directly through our web interface.
If your course requires multiple educators, co-teachers, or teaching assistants to manage submissions, choose your access method below to see your available options:
If you access your courses directly via turnitin.com (or turnitinuk.com in the UK), you cannot add multiple co-instructors to a standard class shell.
Master classes
You can convert a standard class into a master class structure. This allows instructors to build multiple individual subsections and assign a designated Teaching Assistant (TA) instructor to each section.

Note: Each individual section within a master class can still only be assigned to one TA. The native platform does not support adding multiple TAs to a single section or multiple primary instructors to a single standard class.
If your institution integrates Turnitin Feedback Studio directly inside a Learning Management System (LMS), the native user limitations of our website do not apply.
Most LMS platforms allow you to enroll multiple instructors, co-teachers, or grading assistants within a single course. When these users launch the Turnitin LTI assignment from your LMS, Turnitin automatically provisions them with instructor privileges for that class.
If you encounter issues with secondary instructors accessing the assignment, please contact your institution's LMS administrator to verify their enrollment role settings.
